Selahattin Demirtaş, former Co-Chair of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), who has been imprisoned in Edirne Type F Prison since November 4, 2016, shared the following the message on the occasion of May 1, Unity, Struggle and Solidarity Day on his Twitter account: "Unite in the streets, let turn the wheel. The worker and laborer will first call the thief and usurper to account at the ballot box, and this will bring the end of the plundering power. Then they will continue their struggle for labor, and they will take away their rights from the new government."
