DİYARBAKIR - As the search ended in the ÖHD Amed Branch, which was raided as part of the Amed-based investigation, it was learned that 25 lawyers have been detained so far.

 

Before the presidential and parliamentary elections, in the Amed(Diyarbakır)-based houses in Mardin, Siirt, Bingöl, Van, Şırnak, Batman, Antep, Urfa, Bursa, Istanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Muş, Bitlis, Hakkari, Osmaniye, Sivas, Malatya, Adıyaman and Ankara, it has been learned that 25 lawyers have been detained so far in the raids on the workplace. The Diyarbakır, Van, Urfa, Batman and Mardin branches of the Lawyers Association for Freedom (ÖHD), were raided in the morning within the scope of the investigation, where detention warrants were issued for 216 people,

As the search ends in the ÖHD Amed Branch, whose door was broken into as part of the investigation, the police barricade continues around the building.  It was learned that the documents like a computer, newspaper, book, etc.. were confiscated within the scope of the search

The names of some of the detained lawyers are as follows: Mehmet Öner, Halise Dakalı, Özüm Vurgun, Bünyamin Şeker, Berdan Acun, Pirozhan Kaleli, Resul Temur, Fırat Taşkın, Salih Tekin, Sozan Acar, Büşra Eylül Özgültekin, Burhan Artan,  Şerzan Yelboğa, Süleyman Şahin, Gülistan Ataş, Fırat Yıldız, Serhat Hezer, Kenan Aygay, Şirrin Şen, Bahar Okay, Gurbet Özbey, Ruşen Doğan, Riha’dan Metin Özbadem, Mêrdîn’den Kenan Anğay, Jiyan Samedoğlu.
