Election office opening in Bitlis: We will change this system

BİTLİS - Speaking at the opening of the Green Left Party's election office in Bidlis, HDP Co-Chair Mithat Sancar said: “They thought they would block our roads, but we opened new roads. The name of this path is the Green Left Party. We will all meet under the shade of this tree.
 
Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chair Mithat Sancar came to the city to attend the opening of the Green Left Party's central election office in Bitlis, together with Azadi Party Chairperson Ayatollah Asiti. Sancar, who was welcomed in Norşîn, went to Bitlis with the convoy. Sancar and his entourage were greeted with applause and slogans, and then moved to the area where the office would be opened.
 
'WE WILL CHANGE THIS SYSTEM'
 
Thanking those who attended the opening of the office, Sancar said: “When we see the situation of this ancient city, we see what this government has done to the country. The promises made to the shopkeepers of Bitlis were not kept and they were condemned to starvation. They destroyed this history to transfer wealth to a handful of supporters. This is how this government is robbing the country. It impoverishes first, then makes them needy. We will change this system. This country; rent is not condemned to war and poverty. This election gives us a great opportunity and is an important corner. We will give this answer to the government in the strongest possible way."
 
ELECTION OFFICE OPENED
 
After his speech, Sancar opened the election office together with the Mothers of Peace. The opening of the election office ended with the dances.
 
After greeting the people in Tatvan, Sancar and his entourage set out for Van.
