URFA - After the Amara road was cut off by the soldiers, the birthday of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan was celebrated on the Antep-Urfa road, which was closed by the mass.

The birthday march of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, which was held in the Amara District of Xelfeti (Halfeti) district of Urfa, with the slogan "To Amara for Freedom" under the leadership of the Democratic Society Congress (DTK), the Free Women's Movement (TJA), the Democratic Regions Party (DBP), the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) and the Federation of Families of Detainees and Convicts Legal Solidarity (MED TUHAD FED), came to an end.

Despite all the obstacles from many cities of Kurdistan and Turkey, the crowd gathered at the Payamlı road junction on the Antep-Urfa road, and after the statement made here, they rushed to Amara. The mass, which wanted to go to Amara in convoy, was stopped by the Gendarmerie at the entrance of Yanaloba Neighborhood of Pirsûs district. The gendarmerie stated that the Urfa Governorate had a "prohibition of action and activity" and that they would not allow the mass to pass, so the crowd closed the Antep-Urfa road for a while.

The crowd celebrated the birthday of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan with the dance accompanied by zılgıt and slogans.

The crowd, which celebrated by closing the traffic for a long time, then dispersed.
