NEWS CENTER - While the number of people who lost their lives in the earthquake in Maraş is approaching 4 thousand, there are still thousands of people under the rubble in 10 cities. While search and installation teams still do not go to hundreds of areas destroyed in the earthquake, no news can be received from the villages.
 
While nearly 4,000 people have lost their lives in earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 7.6 affecting 10 provinces centered in Maraş, there are still thousands of people under the rubble in Maraş, Gaziantep, Malatya, Adıyaman, Urfa, Diyarbakır, Harput, Osmaniye, Adana and Hatay. It was reported that the rescue teams were insufficient and even no search and rescue work was carried out in some districts. While there was no news from many districts and villages, the condemnation of the citizens started to turn into a rebellion as the hours passed. As the most critical hours begin for those under the debris, citizens in many cities and districts cannot even find tools to remove the debris.

According to the information received, the cities and districts where hundreds of people are under the rubble; While search and rescue teams have not been sent to most of Gölbaşı, Kahta and Besni districts, there is no news from the center and the villages of the districts. There is no effective result from the search and rescue efforts made by the people with their own means. Citizens, who spent the night in the cold, thirsty and hungry, are desperately waiting for those who are under the rubble to be removed. The people also carry out search and rescue efforts with their own means. After 17 hours, AFAD reached Nurdağı district, where heavy damage and destruction was experienced.
