URFA- Ferit Şenyaşar stated taht the President and the Minister of Interior is a party in a case and so a fair trial cannot be held in the case.

The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 644. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018.

MY BROTHER IS BEING HELD UNDER POLITICAL PRESSURE AS A HOSTAGE'

Şenyaşar continued as follows: "We are in front of the courthouse, we are right. All the actions we take in our workplace are within the scope of self-defense as seen in the camera footage of our workplace. My brother did not kill anyone. He only shot at 2 people who attacked us. Both people were injured. We do not say that our brother is under arrest, he is being held under political pressure as a hostage. We do not accept this injustice."

'IS THERE JUSTICE?'

Stating that the perpetrator of the massacre was the MP of the ruling party and that he was not wanted by his party, Şenyaşar said: "But there is a Minister of Interior who takes care of this MP, there is a President who is silent about this lawlessness and takes his side in favor of the deputy.Everyone in Turkey knows that a fair trial will not be held in a case in which the President and the Minister of Interior are parties."
