Journalists detained in Bursa, released

BURSA - Journalists Rozerin Gültekin and Ergin Çağlar, who were detained while following the Gemlik March in Bursa, were released after giving their statements.
 
Mezopotamya Agency (MA) Ergin Çağlar and JINNEWS reporter Rozerin Gültekin were detained while following the Gemlik March in Bursa, which was planned to be held yesterday for the physical freedom of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, who has been held under heavy isolation conditions for 23 years in İmralı Type F High Security Closed Prison.
 
The journalists, who were taken to the Bursa Police Department, were released at night after giving their statements.
 
Journalists were charged with "violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations".
 
It was learned that the other people who were detained in the same demonstrations were released with the order of the prosecutor's office after giving their statements.
