Concessionaire of the weekly Kurdish-language newspaper Xwebûn, Kadri Esen, was detained by the police at his house in Diyarbakır's Yenişehir district. Esen, who was detained on the grounds of the Newroz celebrations in 2022, was taken to the police station to take his statement.
