GİRÊ SPÎ – The Syrian Civil War that has been continuing since March 2011 have been deepened as a result of the conflicts of interests of Russia and USA which have been using Turkey's attacks against North and East Syria. While USA wants to control the oil fields in the region, Russia wants to establish dominance over the energy centers. SDF and Autonomous Administration who arefighting against Turkey's attacks, are in association with European powers to protect their system.
Turkey, getting ready for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit to be held on December 3-4 and to the upcoming meeting to be held in Berlin with Germany, France and England, launched diplomatic efforts to make them add YPG in the terrorist organizations list. Turkey aims to legitimize the operation against North and East Syria with this move. On the other hand, Turkey that is reported to be recieving negative response from some of these countries, especially France, is facing both political and economic challenges.
According to the new situation in the field, the Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) are moving together with the coalition in Deriz, Rimelan, Girkê Legê, Qamişlo, Hasekê and even Dêra Zor in Cizire Region. Minbich, located in the Euphrates region, is associated with Russia in Kobane, Eyn Isa and part of Raqqa.
According to this relationship, USA is trying to grab shares in the oil fields while Russia is trying to grap shares from the dams. It is stated that the policies of Russia, as well as the regime's approach, are decisive in the success of the negotiations held to date. Russia is demonstrating a balancing approach between SDF anf Turkey with their current position. Russia is condoning Turkey's policies against the region on the contrary to the Soçi Agreement it signed, also uses Turkey as a threat to make the SDF accept their terms.
The QSD and the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, which are preparing for the war to be deepened in Syria, are trying to frustrate the plans with the resistance of the people in the region. The system of North and East Syria, which is supported by all democratic forces, is in diplomatic and political efforts to establish new equilibria and alliances in addition to its resistance. In this direction, it is stated that there are relations with many European powers.
