MARDİN - The residents of Yolbilen (Erbete) District of Nusaybin which became the center of clashes in the war against North and East Syria, said that they received the response from the police station that they are shooting the mortars in order to try them.
While the war Turkey started against North and East Syria continues on its 7th day, one of the cities that became the center of war is Nusaybin. It was learned that Sınırtepe (Eznewur) and Tepealtı (Tilyaqup) neighborhoods were evacuated after the clashes erupt. Unease continues in the other border neighborhoods.The residents of Yolbilen (Erbette) neighborhood lives with the sounds of bmbardment.
POLICE STATION: WE ARE SHOOTING THE MORTARS
The residents of the neighborhoods, stating that their children are effected by the sounds of the mortars, demanded the war to be ended as soon as possible. The citizens who states that they spend their time in their basements because of those shootings, said it is impossible to go out at night. One of the citizens who mentioned that they called the police station to ask why they were firing that many mortars and to where, they stated that they recieved the answer that they were being fired in order to try them and it is not a threat to their safety.
