ANKARA - The police closed off the HDP Headquarters and prevent KHK victims from entering the building. Two people were taken into custody.
The Governor banned an event organised on Friday to discuss the Decree Law (KHK) which hit thousands of people.
Victims of the KHK who wanted to visit the HDP and SP headquarters were prevented from doing so and the police closed off the HDP Headquarters.
The street where the HDP building is located is closed by a police vehicle and people who have passed through the General Information Screening (GBT) system are being sent back.
HDP deputies Omar Faruk Gergerlioglu and Habip Eksik, protested the closure of the headquarters.
Two people were taken into custody. There was tension between the police and HDP representatives. Deputies and KHK victims were pushed around by riot police.
