Father and his 2 children was laid on the ground and handcuffed from the back and detained by the police. The citizen witnessing the violent detention, shooting the video of the incident with his phone, reacted to the police.
It was learned that 3 people who were detained complained made a criminal complaint about the police and are still being kept at Bingöl Security Directorate.
