Women closed the street to traffic for Leyla Güven

DİYARBAKIR- A group of women who blocked the traffic in Gevran Street, shouted the slogans “Leyla Güven rûmeta me ye"( Leyla Güven is our honour) and "Leyla Güven shall live".

 
A group of women carried out an action for Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair Leyla Güven on the 120th day of her hunger strike.
 
A number of women including HDP Diyarbakır Deputy Saliha Aydeniz, HDP Yenişehir Co-Mayor Candidate Belgin Diken, HDP Young Women's Assembly members held each others hand, blocking the traffic in Gevran Street, Yenişehir. The women drawing attention to the hunger strike of Leyla Güven, shouted out the slogans  “Leyla Güven rûmeta me ye"( Leyla Güven is our honour) and "Leyla Güven shall live".
 
Continuing their action for some time, the women unblocked the traffic and ended their action.
