VAN - Abdullah Kaya, the imprisoned reporter of DİHA, which was closed by a statutory decree (KHK), is facing the judiciary for the 6th time tomorrow on the grounds that he was shooting at the festival which was permitted by the Ağrı Governorate.
The hearing of Dicle News Agency (DİHA) reporter Abdullah Kaya, which was closed by the Statutory Decree (KHK), will be held at the Ağrı 2nd Criminal Court tomorrow. Journalist Kaya has been detained over a year with the charge of 'Helping and aiding an illegal organization without being a member' because he was filming at a festival permitted by the governorate.
Kaya who underlined that journalism is being tried in the letter he sent, drew attention to the fact that the festival and the human shield action he filmed was permitted by the governorate called on for public awareness.
