A land worth 500 thousand TL were sold to AKP District President Fatih Bilen's uncle for 11 thousand 500 TL. A land worth 250 thousand were sold to someone the trustee employed dor 6 thousand 250 TL.
The trustee appointed to Silopi Municipality on September 11, 2016 have sold valuable lands to AKP district presidents and their relatives below par. And papers proving that have come to light.
Lands that are zoned for construction that were put on the market, sold by negotiated tendering. And the worth of the lands were determined by "Value determination commission" who were appointed by themselves.
LAND WORTH A MILLION WERE SOLD FOR 26 THOUSAND TL
A land close to the town's bus station of 2 thousand 235 squaremeters worth a million TL, were sold to active AKP member Hüseyin Taşkın's brother Hakan Taşkın's company called Sertaş Petrol and Farm Product Transportation Food Industry and Trade Limited Company for 26 thousand 307 TL.
SOLD TO AKP DISTRICT PRESINDENT'S UNCLE
A land closed to Silkroad of 3 thousand 295 square meters were sold to AKP District President's uncle Turan Bilen for 11 thousand 500 TL. The current worth of the lands is 500 thousand TL.
Even though they say the sales have been confirmed by the Municipality Council, the council never gathered after the trustee appointed. And the value of the lands were determined by someone appointed by the trustee called "Value determination commission"
