ANKARA- Middle East specialist Hamide Yiğit, indicated that it is a matter of time to go into combat in İdlib because the groups under the name HTŞ are refusing to cease fire and lay down arms and they decided to go on with the jihad.

 

The operation agains İdlib was postponed due to the agreement of Soçi made between Turkey and Russia. According to the agreement, the time for the buffer zone that shuld have been estrablished since October 15 is over.

 

Even though there were news about armed Salafi groups have appeared, Heyet Tahrir el Şam (HTŞ) founded by El Nusra did not took up a position until the last day.

 

The fact that the armed Salafi groups havent withdrew yet falls back of the agenda of Turkey's statements about operations against Minbic. 

 

'THE GROUPS THAT WİTHDREW ARE SUPPORTED BY TURKEY'

 

Hamide Yiğit who evaluates the situation , draws attention to the fact that the main point is the disarming of the groups like El Nusra and HTŞ allience and the groups like Hürras el- Di, Nureddin Zenki that has a domination in the district , said: " Turkey doesnt have the influence to make themselves listened to with these groups. Anyway, those groups have refused to lay down arms and decided to keep on with the jihad. Its only a matter of time to go into battle, which is not wanted yet. Therefore, I think Turkey will extend the deadline."
