COLEMÊRG - A military operation was launched from two branches with the participation of soldiers and village guards in the countryside, plateaus and hamlets of many villages in Gever district.
A military operation was launched in many villages of Gever (Yüksekova) district of Colemêrg (Hakkari) in the morning with the participation of hundreds of soldiers and village guards from two branches. It is learned that the operation covers Memkawa, Mûşan, Nêbari, Kelê, Xurekan'a Seyîda and Xurekana Temo villages on the route of Şemzînan (Şemdinli) road, Kelê, Xurekan'a Seyîda and Xurekana Temo villages on the route of Bajêrge (Esendere) town, highlands and rural areas. It is reported that the soldiers participating in the operation launched from both sides crossed from Warê axa, Warê kêska and Serraza'a to Memkawa countryside and from Dola Qubê to Nêbari village.
The operation continues in the region where helicopters and armoured vehicles have been deployed since the morning hours.
