NEWS CENTER - According to a report by the Community Peacemaker Teams, 81 children have been killed in Turkey's attacks on the Federated Kurdistan Region since 1991.
The US-based Community Peacemaker Teams (CPT), which is active in the Federated Kurdistan Region, has once again revealed that Turkey has failed to fulfill its commitments to the United Nations (UN) Convention on the Rights of the Child.
According to the CPT report published in Rojnews, at least 81 children have been killed and 115 injured in Turkey's attacks on the Federated Kurdistan Region since 1991.
Most recently, in the Dukan district of Silêmaniyê, a traveling car was targeted from the air and Muzaffer Hüseyin Xidir and his 2 sons Muhammed Muzaffer (15) and Mubin Muzafer (12) were killed.
While Turkey's attacks continue, the UN's silence against this situation draws attention.
