The delegation first visited Şemrex Municipality.
'WE WILL HEAL OUR WOUNDS WITH SOLIDARITY'
Speaking during the visit, Karaca said that the authorities remained silent about the fire disaster. Karaca said: "We will heal our own wounds together. We have few opportunities and conditions. We are aware of this. However, these were achieved with these few opportunities and conditions. Of course, we are sure of this, I am sure that there are economic losses as well as loss of life. We are sure that these economic losses will become a possible major problem in the future. We will never allow these people to experience pain again. "We will heal these wounds with solidarity against those who do not use any of the state's resources for these people and who do not strive to make this place a disaster area. But we will still heal these wounds with solidarity."
Karaca said: "We know the forces behind DEDAŞ. We know that they are trying to turn the hurt families into criminals again. But we will not allow this."
Karaca and his entourage then went to Yücebağ rural neighborhood with Şemrex Municipality co-mayors. Karaca expressed her condolences to the families. The delegation then went to Xana Axpar (Çınar) district of Amed.
