Iraqi Prime Minister Kazimi: Baghdadi's right hand man captured

NEWS CENTER - Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kazimi announced on his Twitter account that the deputy and financier of the ISIS leader, Sami Jassem, was captured.
 
Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kazimi, in his Twitter account, shared in Arabic, Kurdish and English, the following, "While our ISF heroes focused on securing the elections, their INIS colleagues were conducting a complex external operation to capture Sami Jasim, who was in charge of Daesh finance, and a deputy of Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi.Long live Iraq, and our brave heroes."
 
ISIS leader Abu Bakr Baghdadi was killed by the US on October 27, 2019, in an operation in Syria in a region controlled by Turkey.
