
Koca: Case numbers on the rise

	NEWS CENTER - Another 48 people have died of Covid-19 in Turkey where 1,708 more cases have been detected and 2,103 people have recovered during the past 24 hours.

	According to figures released by Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca on Friday, 48 more people have died of Covid-19 during the past 24 hours. The death toll from Coronavirus, since it first emerged in Turkey in early March, has risen to 4,055.

	The total number of confirmed cases in the country has reached 146,457.

	&nbsp;

	On the other hand, 944 people are in intensive care and 490 are intubated. 106,133 of those infected have recovered so far, according to official figures. &nbsp;
