Death toll from coronavirus rises to 2,140 in Turkey 2020-04-21 12:04:13 NEWS CENTER - A four-day curfew will be implemented in Turkey against pandemic as another 123 people have died of Covid-19. Turkish Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca, has published Monday’s figures of the Coronavirus pandemic in the country.   According to the figures, 123 more people have died today, bringing the death toll to 2,140.   Another 4,674 people have been confirmed infected on Monday, raising the total number to 90,980.   A total of 673,980 people have been tested in Turkey since early March. While 1,909 people are currently in intensive care and 1,033 are intubated, 13,430 of those infected have recovered.   On the other hand, Turkey has declared a four-day curfew in 31 metropolitan cities as part of measures to contain the spread of Coronavirus.  The curfew will be in place from 23rd to 27th of April.
