Iraqi Army Spokesperson decry Ankara 2020-04-16 16:42:54 NEWS CENTER - Spokesperson for the Iraqi Army Evdilkerim Xelef reacted to the attack on the Mamur Camp, where 3 women died, and stated that Ankara should be held accountable. Iraqi Army Spokesperson Evdilkerim Xelef made a statement yesterday's regarding Turkish air force attack against the Maxmur Refugee Camp. Xelef said that the attack that caused 3 women losing their lives in the camp is aimed at the sovereignty of Iraq.   According to the news of the Pona channel broadcasting on social media, Xelef stated that this is a hostile approach and that Ankara should be prepared to be held accountable for this.   EL HEKÄ°M ALSO CONDEMNED THE ATTACK   Ammar El Hekim, leader of the National Wisdom Movement, also condemned the attack on his Twitter account. The leader of the movement El Hekim , established in 2017 said: "Violations against Iraqi lands are not acceptable under any circumstances. How could an airplane bomb a camp in a Maxmur? We condemn this violation and call on the (Iraqi) government to fulfill its responsibilities against these violations."
