Retired Hrant Dink case defendant intelligence officer executed

	DÜZCE - A suspect of the murder case of Journalist Hrant Dink, Gendermerie Intelligence Petty Officer Şeref Ateş was found executed in his car in Düzce.

	Retired Intelligence Gendarmerie Petty Officer Şeref Ateş, who was arrested and later released during the process of the hearings of the murder case of Journalist Hrant Dink, lost his life as a result of an armed attack in his car in Düzce.

	 

	Fire was opened from a white car while Ateş was driving in his car around North Bypass of Çavuşlar Neighborhood.

	 

	As the attackers quickly flee from the scene, the people driving from the same road called the police and medical teams. The medical teams dispatched to the scene upon the notice found Şerif Ateş dead in his car.

	 

	After the investigation at the crime scene, Ateş's body was removed and taken to the morgue for autopsy. The police started an operation to arrest the attackers.
