Member of 'terrorist organization' turns out to be an AKP member 2020-03-06 12:17:40   URFA – Murat Dağtekin who was held in prison for 6 years with the charge of 'being a member of an illegal organization, went to HDP to be a member after his release and learned that he had been an AKP member.   A citizen named Murat Dağtekin, who was detained in Ceylanpınar district of Urfa and received a sentence on July 30, 2013 for allegedly 'being a member of an illegal organization', learned that he was a member of the AKP after being released in prison 6 years later. Dağtekin stated that he learned that he was a member of the AKP when he applied to become a member of the People's Democratic Party (HDP) after being released from prison and said: "I have nothing to do with AKP my whole life. I was faced with this nonsense when I got out, just like my arrest was illegal and sonsense."   HE WAS MADE AN AKP MEMBER WITHOUT HIS KNOWLADGE   Being released from prison, Dağtekin wanted to apply for a membership in HDP to be engaged in politics under its roof, checked his membership from E- Devlet (Electronic State) and saw that he had been an AKP member all this time. Dağtekin filed a criminal complaint and applied to Humans' Rights Association Urfa Branch and said he demands justice.
