	In the morning, a citizen attempted suicide in front of the Turkish Parliament's Çankaya Gate as he told, “I am hungry”. CHP Mersin Deputy Ali Mahir Başarır, who witnessed the incident and spoke to our agency, said, “The citizen tried to pour gasoline over him saying that "I am hungry, hungry ”. The police intervened him immediately and took him. We shared this news on social media, because we know that whenever such an incident occurs, the first task of the police is to prevent these cases from leaking to the press rather than preventing the suicide case itself.
