Kayar, stating that he has an aggravated life sentence and has been held in many prisons shared the information that Syrian prisoners are not allowed to have visiters because they dont have any identification cards.     22 PRISONERS CAN NOT SEE THEIR FAMILIES   In his letter, Kayar wrote the list of 22 Syrian prisoners who are not allowed to have visiters. Kayar referred to the situation of Dijwar Nesri İsmail, who was arrested in 1991. Kayar pointing out that İsmail was only able to see his family once between 1991 and 2013, said İsmail was transferred to Bandırma Prison right after that visit. Kayar said: "He would maybe be able to see his children one more time if we weren't transferred here. But before that happened, 72 people were transferred to Bandırma prison. His family was not able to come to Bandırma.  I wonder how EHCR thinks about this.  Are concepts like violation, emigration and torture define this situation?"
