Incumbency of State of Emergency Commission extended 2019-12-26 12:20:59 ANKARA - With the decision signed by President Erdoğan, the incumbency of the State of Emergency Commission is extended for another year. With the decision published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Tayyip Erdoğan, the incumbency of the State of Emergency Commission, which is responsible for evaluating the applications established by the Decree-Law (KHK), within the scope of the State of Emergency (OHAL), has been extended by 1 year. The decision was made in accordance with Article 3 of the Law no.7075.   THE INVESTIGATION CONTINUES FOR 28 THOUSAND APPLICATIONS    Salih Tanrıkulu, Chairman of the Investigation Commission of the State of Emergency Operations, made statements about the decision. Tanrıkulu explained that the commission has finalized 98 thousand 300 out of 126 thousand 300 applications made within two years. Tanrıkulu said: "It was determined that the amount of money invested in Bank Asya to support the organization was 2 billion 369 million  Liras. We are planning to finalize the 28 thousand applications in the next year. 88 thousand 700 of the applications were rejected while 9 thousand 600 was accepted. We evaluate applications according to determined procedures and principles. The Commission is doing a neutral and objective job."
