
Police raid on Sur Municipality: Co- Mayor detained

	DİYARBAKIR – While Sur Sur Co-Mayor Filiz Buluttekin was taken into custody with a police raid on her home, the municipality building was also raided by the police.&nbsp;

	Police raided the Sur Municipality building early this morning. WHile the search continued in the building blockaded by the police, the houses of Sur Co- Mayor Filiz Buluttekin and Municipal Councilor Yılmaz Eken was raided by the police. Buluttekin and Yılmaz was taken into custody after the search on their homes. While the reason for their detention is unknown at the time, Buluttekin and Eken were taken to Diyarbakır Security Directorate.
