Jailed co-mayor of Özalp hospitalized

	VAN - Örenci who was dismissed and a trustee was appointed to replace her was diagnosed with hereditary angioedema.

	Of the detained politicians, Muradiye district municipality co-mayor Yılmaz Şalan, Özalp district municipality co-mayors Dilan Örenci and Yakup Almaç were remanded in custody on Monday.

	 

	Sent to Van T Type Closed Prison after getting arrested, Özalp co-mayor Dilan Örenci has been hospitalized due to healt issues on Wednesday.

	 

	Örenci was diagnosed with hereditary angioedema, a disorder that results in recurrent attacks of severe swelling, mainly affecting the face, arms, legs, airway and intestinal tract. Örenci continues to be treated at the Van Regional Training and Research Hospital.
