
Enterance ban to Beşiri after trustee appointment

	BATMAN - The vehicles including those carrying Batman Municipality Co-Mayors on their way to Beşiri following the appointment of trustees, were stopped at the district enterance saying the road was closed.

	&nbsp;

	The Batman- Beşiri road was closed to traffic following the appointment of a trustee to the İkiköprü Municipality located in Batman's Beşiri District. The police who did not let the vehicles pass, claimed the road was closed while vehicles kept lining up on the road. The drivers of the vehicles protested the arbitrary practice by tooting their horns.

	&nbsp;

	After a long while, some of the vehicles were allowed to pass after being searched while the vehicle carrying Batman Co-Mayors Mehmet Demir and Songül Korkmaz and HDP Batman Provincial executives and city council members.
