8 released on DTK case

	VAN - 8 politicians who were arrested on grounds of being a DTK delegate were released.

	 

	The second hearing of the case about 28 people of whom 8 was  imprisoned after being detained in a home raid on March 26 in Van was held today. The 28 people and their attorneys and People's Democratic Party (HDP) MP Muazzez Orhan and their families attended the hearing that was held in Van 5th High Criminal Court.

	 

	Attorneys, making a defense, stated that being a member of DTK is not a crime. Following the break, the court decided to release Bazi Aslan, Çetin Uyar, Ramazan Duman, Hakan Demir, Faisal Parlak, Mehmet Ali Sonmez, Mesut Erzengin and Abdulsettar Güneş.
