Köse said: "The judicial packages to be announced from now on will probably have similar arrangements. More importantly, changing the structure of the bars is on the agenda and this looks like this arrengemet will be of more importance."    'WHAT'S MORE IMPORTANT IS TO APPLY THE LAW'   Köse mentioning the regulation about the news content that will not deemed to be a crime if it doesn't exceed the limits of criticism, stated that this provision is not new and it was already in the constitution of Turkey and in the European Convention on Human Rights. Köse stating that they included the general human rights principle which has been implemented by Europe for 60 years, like it had just been found, said that what's more important is to apply the law not legislate them.
