	ANKARA - An investigation was launched against CHP İstanbul MP Sezgin Tanrıkulu due to the social media shares he made regarding the attacks on North and East Syria.&nbsp;

	Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an ex oficio investigation against Republican People's Party (CHP) İstanbul MP Sezgin Tanrıkulu due to the social media shares he made regarding the attacks on North and East Syria.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Prosecutor's Office accuses Tanrıkulu of insulting the State of Turkey Republic for his tweet. Tanrıkulu wrote: "The government should know that this is an unjust war and it is against the Kurds."

	Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office also launched an investigation against Peoples 'Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chairs Sezai Temelli and Pervin Buldan, Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chairs Leyla Güven and Berdan Öztürk, Peoples' Democratic Congress (HDK) co-spokesperson Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit for their statements on Twitter.&nbsp;
