	Speaking to the Reuters agency, an American official confirmed the withdrawal of diplomatic personnel. According to him, the soldiers were still not completely withdrawn, but the first stages of withdrawal were completed. Speaking to Reuters yesterday, officials said the majority of soldiers will withdraw in the coming days.
