Civil settlements targeted

	NEWS CENTER - According to the information recieved regarding the air attacks to North and East Syria, the civil settlements are targeted too. Howitzer shots are made from land to the region.

	 

	he Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) started operations in North and East Syria under the name of “Peace Spring Operation ilk. f-16s and Howitzers started attack the minute President Tayyip Erdogan announced the operation from his Twitter account.

	 

	According to information from the region air strikes and artillery was started towards Urfa's Ceylanpinar district, located directly opposite the town center of Serêkaniyê. Hundreds of thousands of civilians live in the city. With the city center, it was reported that shots were fired towards Sefah village.

	 

	While the attacks continue, Ceylanpınar Municipality warned residents to go inside their homes.
