
Prosecution objected to the release decision of Demirtaş

	ANKARA - The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office objected to the decision of the 19th High Criminal Court, which ruled yesterday about HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtas.

	&nbsp;

	A higher court will evaluate the objection of the Ankara Chief Prosecutor's Office.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Ankara 19th High Criminal Court decided Selahattin Demirtaş's release unanimously. Demirtaş who has a finalized sentence of 4 years 8 months from another case, was not able to be released immediately. Lawyers are preparing is application for release, regarding the 2 years and 10 months he already served.
