According to the statement of the Syrian Army, it was stated that the ceasefire was depended on the implementation of the agreement reached by Russia and Turkey and argued that Turkey did not fulfill the obligations. The statement said: "We accepted the ceasefire conditionally. These conditions were not met. We are restarting our military operations against terrorist organizations."
