Will be prosecuted as the 'KCK executive' of an imaginery village

	ŞIRNAK - A citizen called V.R who was taken under custody in Cizre in 2016, was mentioned as the KCK executive of an imaginery village in the indictment.

	 

	 

	V.Y a citizen living in Şırnaki Cizre, was taken under custody during a police raid to their home with the accusation of 'being a member of an illegal organization'. A little while later, V.R was also taken under custody in scope of the same investigation. They were both released after their deposition, the same day.

	 

	 

	But the Cizre Chief Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment for V.R with the charge of 'being a member of an illegal organization'. They considered a book and 2 magazines, evidence of the crime.

	 

	'EXECUTIVE OF THE IMAGINARY VILLAGE'

	 

	 

	V.R who is accused of being involved in the peoples' structuring of KCK according to the indictment, was pronounced to be the executive of 'Konutlar Village' and that they learned this from a note V.Y whom he was taken under custody together 3 years ago had on him. There is no such village in Cizre.
