Mothers of the prisoners: Breaking the isolation is meaningful, but the mail objective is the freedom of Öcalan 2019-05-31 11:11:04   MERSİN - Mothers of the prisoners who stated that breaking the isolation is meaningful but the main objective is the freedom of Öcalan, said: "We will never end our actions before peace comes to this country."   Kadriye Oğuz, mother of Aydın Oğuz who isbeing kept at Giresun Type E Closed Prison, said she is pleased that the hunger strikes end in success. Oğuz stated that the isolation on Öcalan and the isolation in prisons has to stop. Oğuz who stated that like their children they are resisting against isolation out there,said: "There was a lot of pressure on us when we were outside of the prisons, resisting. We faced attacks and insults.We resisted against isolation and to bring peace to this country. We are the mothers and we are right to demand peace.We will not end our actions before peace comes to this country."    Meryem Erbey whose two children and a grand children was on hunger strike, said that fact that the isolation broke, is meaningful, but the main objective is the freedom of Öcalan. Erbey said: "In order for us to have peace in the middle east, Öcalan's call must be taken into consideration. This country needs peace urgently.We need the war to end." Erbey who stated that they will keep being out on the streets for democracy, said: "All mothers should see that as we resist, the isolation breaks, therefore; we must resist. We should not stop because the hunger strikes ended."       Avniye Sungur, mother of Mervan Sundur from Tarsus Type T Closed Prison, said: "The isolation broke, now we will struggle for peace."
