Families in Gebze: We will stand with our children everywhere

	İSTANBUL - Relatives of the prisoners who are doing sit ins and vigils in front of Gebze Prison to draw attention to the hunger strikes, said in case the hunger strikes end according to the message of Öcalan, they will stand with their children in hospitals and never give up the struggle.

	Attorneys of Öcalan are trying to relay the message of Öcalan to the hunger strikers and the prisoners on death fasts. While the decision of the hunger strikers are awaited impatiently, the families of the hunger strikers continue their protests.

	 

	 

	The families of the hunger strikers that have been doing vigils in front of Gebze Type M Prison since April 9, have done their vigil in front of HDP Gebze District Organization Building in their 47th day.

	 

	 

	Many citizens and Lawyers for Freedom Association (ÖHD) supported the families.

	 

	 

	Sultan Bozkurt, mother of Newroz Bozkurt who is on hunger strike since March 1, stated that they are strong and their morale is high in every sense of the word.

	 

	Bozkurt said: "Protests are continuing everywhere. We are waiting for the statements. We will continue our protests until the isolation is lifted. The demand of our children is our demand. We will be standing with them anywhere they are. We will not give up the struggle.

	 

	 

	After the statement, the families started the vigil which they will continue until night.
