Cizre Municipality trustee granted the city square and the roads!

	ŞIRNAK- The Cizre municipality trustee who transferred the municipality he recieved with a strongbox of 36 million TL with a debt of 220 million TL, granted  many immovables including the service building , the city square and 2 roads.

	 

	Elected Co- mayors of Şırnak , Cizre Mehmet Zırığ and Berivan Kutlu from HDP, who won the municipality in the 31 March elections with a electoral vote rate of &77.4, have made a press statement announcing the debt the trustee made to the public. Co-mayors have annouced that there was 36 million liras in the safe of the municipality when the trustee took office and that they took over the municipality with a debt of 220 million793 thousand TL, and an available balance of 20 thousand TL.

	 

	 According to information obtained, many immovable property belonging to the municipality was granted to different institutions by the hand of trustee within the last 4 months.

	 

	The list of some immovable properties, the majority of which have been transferred to the District Directorate of National Education and the District Police Department, is as follows:

	 

	"* Culture Center, located in the neighborhood of Nur, for  11,917,667.97 TL was sold to the Police Department.

	 

	* The Municipal Service Building in the Şah Neighborhood was transferred to the District Governorship.

	 

	*The slaughter house in Yafes neighborhood was transferred to the Directorate of National Education on 1 October 2018.

	 

	* The Cumhuriyet Square, which is located in the Nur neighborhood and completely concreteized, was transferred to the Security Directorate on 1 October 2018.

	 

	* The Fire Department, which is located in the Kale District and where the municipal vehicles were parked, was transferred to the Public Prosecutor's Office on 4 February 2019.

	 

	* State coffe house , located in the neighborhood of Dicle, was transferred to the Ministry of National Education on 11 January 2019.

	 

	* The Science Center, which is owned by the treasury, is transferred to the Directorate of National Education on 8 January 2019.

	 

	* Sitiya Zin Women's Center located in Dicle quarter was transferred to the Directorate of National Education on 8 January 2019.

	 

	* Nur Women's Center and Lamentation House, located in the Nur neighborhood, was transferred to the Directorate of National Education on 8 January 2019.

	 

	* Ibnul Cezeri Quran Course, located in Dagkapi District, was transferred to the District Mufti Office on 8 January 2019.

	 

	* The road going to the police headquarters  (235 islands, 47 parcels) in the Konak neighborhood was transferred to the Security Directorate on March 8, 2019.

	 

	* On the 8th of March 2019, the road going to the police headqaurters  in Konak neighborhood (238 islands, 9 parcels) was transferred to the Security Directorate.
