	İSTANBUL- Turan Hançerli from CHP who won the elections and  become the Mayor of Avcılar Municipality, have become the first disabled mayor in Turkey.

	Turan Hançerli who won the office in Avcılar Municipality, have become the first disabled Mayor in Turkey. While the vote rates of CHP have increased from 44 percent to 52 percent since the last elections, Hançerli made a written statement from his Twitter account and said: "I will be more willing to work every day, thank you Avcılar“
