Çınar's body is not being delivered: Police intervened to the group waiting 2019-03-25 14:54:59   MARDİN- The body of Medya Çınar who ended her life protesting the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in Mardin Type E Closed Prison, is not being delivered to her family. The police intervened to the group waiting.   The body of Meyda Çınar (24) who ended her life early in the morning, protesting the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in Mardin Type E Closed Prison will be claimed by her family from Mardin State Hospital Morgue and taken to Kızıltepe. While the body is still not being delivered to her family waiting in front of the morgue, HDP Deputies Tuma Çelik and Pero Dündar and Ebru Günay are waiting in front of the morgue with the committee, accompanying the family.   The funeral is expected to be taken from the morgue and will be layed to rest in Çimenli village of Kızıltepe.   While tens of armed vehicles and police are waiting in front of the morgue, Chief Prosecutor's Office claimed that the body will be delivered to the family.   Nevertheless, the police removed the family and the HDP committe from the morgue and did not let them come any closer.   The police claimed that the family does not want anybody attending to the funeral and said they will not deliver the body unless the crowd disperses. After the police trying to disperse the crowd by force, the crowd started shouting the slogan "Şehîd namirin" (Martyrs doesn't die).  The police intervened to the group including the deputies. While 3 people were taken under custody and being beaten, a discussion occured between the deputies and the police.     The police said they will not deliver the body unless the group disperses.
