Prisoner Medya Çınar who ended her life was being tried in Nusaybin case 2019-03-25 12:44:54   MARDİN- According to the information obtained, the prisoner who ended her life protesting the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in Mardin Type E Closed Prison was Medya Çınar.   Medya Çınar who ended her life protesting the isolation was a prisoner of the Nusaybin case and was brought to Mardin from Van High Security Closed Prison, ended her life early this morning.   Çınar who got arrested with 42 more people in May 31, 2016, mentioned the torture she had been subjected to in every hearing of the case. Çınar reminding of the oppressions and the massacres in the history in her defence she made in Kurdish, said: "If we hadn't struggle against this, we would have gone through the same massacres."   Çınar protested the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan and did not make her defence in the upcoming trials.   The committe including HDP Deputies Pero Dündar and Tüma Çelik are waiting in front of the Mardin State Hospital to claim Çınar's body.   Zülküf Gezen have ended his life on March 17, in Tekirdağ No 2 Type F Prison, Ayten Beçet have ended her life on March 23, in Gebze Women's Prison, Zehra Sağlam have ended her life ın March 24 in Oltu Type T Closed prison to protest the isolation.   Uğur Şakar who set his body on fire in front of the court on 20 February in Krefeld, Germany, lost his life in the hospital he was treated in, on March 22nd.
