The 799th application of the attorneys was rejected again

	İSTANBUL- Bursa Chief Prosecutor's office have rejected the 799th application of the attorneys made to visit PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

	 

	The 799th application made by the attorneys Raziye Turgut, Serbay Köklü, İbrahim Bilmez and Mazlum Dinç have made to visit PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan was rejected again by the prosecutors office. The Attorney General's Office rejected the application of the lawyers, citing the "restrictions imposed on convicts pursuant to the Law no. 5275 on the Execution of Criminal and Security Measures".

	 

	The applications the lawyers made have been rejected for reasons such as "adverse weather conditions", "Coaster is broken" , "state of emergency" and at last "disciplinary penalty since July 27, 2011
