Assault on the HDP building Erdoğan targeted

	ANKARA- The People's Democratic Party (HDP) Keçiören District Building was attacked 5 times in 2 weeks while President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan targets HDP on a daily basis by saying 'They do not belong to this country'.

	 

	HDP Keçiören District building where Diyadin Fırat is a candidate from, have been attacked 5 times in 2 weeks. While the windows of the party building was broken, the flags were set afire. HDP Keçiören District Co-chair Türkan Konukçu said they hung flags every night and find them burned the other morning.

	 

	Konukçu said: "When the President of your country targets you by saying you are a terrorist, some people find the right to burn down our flags and attack us." Konukçu who said to run an election campaign under these circumstances is hard, but they will keep working, said: "We have always used the language of peace and so will it be. They are trying to prevent us from doing election work. We will leave no door unknocked in Keçiören. Our district building filled with people after the attack. We are not alone. And they know this very well, that's why they attack in the middle of the night when noone's around. Whatever they might do, we will not give up the language of peace."
