Oluç, reminding that Güven's health is on a critical threshold, said: "A critical threshold has been reached in prisons. We've done everything we can to get this on the agenda. We have a plan. In the coming days we will implement it step by step."   Oluç said: "We will continue our struggle in order to prevent any damage to the lives of the prisoners on hunger strike. We will continue to address the issue of isolation in all our public meetings"   Oluç said: "They believe that they can manage everywhere with the decisions taken by the single person management. No, they won't. They will not be able to rule the Kurdish provinces from Ankara. They will not be able to manage Izmir and Istanbul from Ankara. Steps towards democratic local government and local democracy will be taken despite the government in Turkey. This government will surely be backed down."
