Tanrıkulu from CHP visited Leyla Güven 2019-02-27 13:17:15   DİYARBAKIR- CHP İstannbul Deputy Sezgin Tanrıkulu visited the DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven who is on a hunger strike for 112 days.   Republican People's Party (CHP) Istanbul Deputy Sezgin Tanrıkulu visited  Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chair and People's Democratic Party (HDP) Hakkari Deputy Leyla Güven, who has been on hunger strike for 112 days with the demand of the termination   of the isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan. Tanrıkulu said: " I am worried about you and the other hunger strikers. I hope no one gets hurt in this process."    Güven emphasized that she has a legitimate demand and she will not end the hunger strike until its met. Güven said: " The responsibility on my shoulders is heavy. More than 300 hundred people are on hunger strike in the prisons as well as many others abroad. And they are in critical condition.This isolation is not only imposed on Mr. Öcalan but also imposed on Turkey as a whole. The photos of my friends under police blockade while marching to protest the isolation makes it clear. That's why standing against isolation is protecting democracy."
