Can Dundar's case has ben seceded for the main case on MIT Trucks 2019-02-06 15:39:07   İSTANBUL- Can Dündar's case has been seceded from the MIT (National Intelligence Service) Trucks in which he was being tried with Enis Berberoğlu and Erdem Gül.   The hearing of journalists Erdem Gül and Can Dündar and CHP Deputy Enis Berberoğlu who have been tried with the charge of aiding an illegal organization in the MİT Trucks case was held today at İstanbul 14th Criminal Court. Attorneys of Berberoğlu requested a motion of stay for Berberoğlu on the grounds of him being elected as a parliamentarian. Attorneys of Gül and Dündar stated that their clients will give their depositions after the requests about Berberoğlu was determined.   While the court board denied the request of the motion for stay for Berberoğlu, Gül and Dündar's attorneys requested that the witnesses they produced to be listened to.The court board who announced their interim decision, denied the request of the witnesses to be listened to. The court board who deceded Dündar's file from the main case, postponed the hearing to May 15,2019.
